Ran a 3 shift operation with two managers and 3 supervisor. Approx. 5M in annual revenue. Installed a new machine that will generate $300K in revenue. Implemented a clean as you work philosophy. Responsible for the P&L and provided accurate data for corporate to use on a daily basis.
