My work as Training and Development Manager for the World Governing body for the sport of Sailing, World Sailing (formerly known as the International Sailing Federation - ISAF) has included both the creation, monitoring and strategic implementation of a number of high profile projects. Developing the implementation structures behind the highly successful.

My role was to help the company develop and manage solutions for the provision of equipment to sail training centres, yacht clubs and commercial sailing schools both in the UK as well as for key international watersports holiday company accounts.As well as sales of the boats, i was also heavily involved in the development of a number of important design.
