The data had to be correct and I knew that if Daniel was providing it I didn’t have to worry. Daniel pays attention to detail by knowing what is important and efficiently addressing issues. I have been impressed with Daniel’s demeanor in many different settings (field to board room) he has always maintained that calm cool confidence that is Daniel Berry. I was his manager of EHS when he was an Ops leader in the field. During that time, I witnessed Daniel own his area's EHS performance and actively be a safety leader for his staff and contractors. We then moved Daniel into EHS and he transitioned into being a very good EHS leader. Having an operations background, in my opinion, has helped Daniel in his EHS role and has allowed him to understand the needs and abilities in our organization. Daniel cares about the safety of personnel and the environment. Daniel is open and honest and maintains integrity. I always know I can trust Daniel's word. Daniel is highly motivated to achieve results and do whatever is needed to be successful. Without hesitation, I am happy to recommend Daniel."
