Within this role, I am primarly tasked with the development of digital and blended learning activities and programmes within the School of Pharmacy, and the China Medical University-The Queen's University of Belfast Joint College (CQC), including apects such as shaping educational strategy, content creation, and staff and student support.

As a Lecturer in education specialising in the teaching of international students within life sciences degrees, I am responsible for the development of educational strategy and innovative digital delivery of content across the suite of courses offered by the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Queen's University Belfast. Further responsibilities include the development of various support resources for Queens’ international student cohort, including those relating to academic English language.

Within this role, I am responsible for the delivery of a wide range of course content to students studying BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences at China Medical University - Queen's University Joint College (CQC). Additionally, I am responsible for tailoring the course at this site in order to allow it to fully meet both learning and teaching objectives.Further, I am involved in a number of areas within pharmaceutical sciences research, with my main focuses being on drug delivery and infection prevention. Moreover, I have a particular interest in internationalisation, having been involved in negotiations between Queen's University, and various leading international institutions, including a number within China, with regard to the development of collaborative courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and the formation of research links.

Within my capacity as Student Recruitment Manager at the School of Pharmacy, I fulfilled a number of roles relating to the recruitment of students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in addition to the development of international links with teaching and research institutions.

Within this role, I was responsible for the delivery of teaching to Level 3 and 4 MPharm students, via a number of different teaching strategies. In addition to standard lecture-based delivery, small group and one-on-one, immediate feedback techniques were used to educate students in various aspects of pharmacy practice, including responding to symptoms and other forms of patient care. In addition to these roles, I was also responsible for the delivery of a number of practical courses, in addition to the setting, and review of examination papers.
