The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations is the leader and coach in supporting the delivery & operations of NCR’s digital vision. The role supports the enablement, refinement and scaling of NCR’s digital strategy, by creating and maintaining world-class experiences, while ensuring stability and reliability for NCR’s customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing capabilities including CMS technology, eCommerce, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Automation.Responsibilities• Own the strategy, execution, support and ongoing maintenance for digital efforts to increase growth and customer engagement through NCR digital properties.• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure cohesive delivery and execution of digital customer experience and technology strategies.• Ensure best-in-class digital approaches and processes for the technology platforms supporting the Marketing organization, including AEM, Marketo, Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and our eCommerce platform.• Drive continuous improvement to meet changing market needs through a thorough understanding of emerging marketing technology standards.• Leverage data and customer insights to prioritize initiatives that create a great online customer experience, while maximizing revenue and cash flow through digital channels.• Develop digital customer engagement strategies that enhance our online presence and brand perception, and that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.• Lead, mentor and remove roadblocks for the Digital Properties team to optimize internal and external resources, promote and foster continued education and personal growth.• Work with external partners, including consultants, agencies, and vendors to arrive at the most appropriate system or systems to deliver Digital Commerce.NCR Atleos AI Council Member representing Global Marketing
