At Fusion, I was responsible for customizing solutions for big oil clients such as Shell NZ and Sinopec HK. I was also heavily involved in pre-sales activity and pitching for multi-million dollar contracts.

Managed the BI, reporting and big data for KiwiRail (formerly Toll NZ). Responsibilities included requirements gathering, process flow mapping, functional specifications and implementation. My approach to improving efficiencies was to empower users to use BI tools via workshops, training and mentoring.

I was involved in implementing BI solutions through on-site collaboration with clients that included Vodafone, Air New Zealand, Ngati Porou and Pumpkin Patch. This involved requirements gathering, portal customisation, development and support.

I led a project to develop a prototype BI & reporting solution for the Navy Hospital based in Auckland.
