The facility will also feature a full-size gymnasium, fitness and activity studios, racquet courts, multi-use rooms and lease space.SURREY CIVIC CENTREAs a catalyst for new development, the LEED Gold Surrey Civic Centre project includes a new 180,000sqft City Hall complete with an extensive Civic Plaza, a below grade 800 car parkade and a District Energy System. The DES utilizes a geoexchange system to provide heating and cooling to the City Hall, City Centre Library and future Civic Centre developments.NEW WESTMINSTER ANVIL CENTRE & OFFICE TOWERThe Anvil Centre includes a new LEED Gold 95,000sqft Convention Centre, 350 seat Theatre, Museum & Art Gallery, retail space, and a restaurant. The Office Tower is nine stories, 139,000sqft, and designed and constructed to LEED Gold C&S standards and is located above the civic podium.SOUTHPOINTE 99This project consists of two LEED Gold offices buildings each approximately 55,000 sqft and an at grade parking lot.IKEA RICHMOND RELOCATION - Early Works PackageThe store development consists of approximately 340,000sqft of showroom, market, warehouse, administration, shop and restaurant space. The selected site had substantial utility and challenges, which included a Kinder Morgan Jet Fuel line and BC Hydro transmission lines geotechnical. The site required densification and compacted base piles to prevent liquefaction in the event of an earthquake.
