Have advised government and aerospace industry customers toward the design, manufacture and acquisition of space sensor technology for 18 years, including previous employment with General Electric, Lockheed Martin and Vencore (Perspecta). Prior experience with Hughes Aircraft Company in the development and manufacture of spacecraft, electro optical payloads and communications systems. Now registered as an independent LLC to provide consulting and advisory services. Previous system engineering, analysis and integration experience in the civil, defense and NTM aerospace sectors. Have held positions both within the contractor industry, and also in an independent OCI-free SETA role providing system and technology analysis for the U.S. defense and intelligence community. Experience with hardware, software, modeling and analysis in applications spanning systems to components to materials. Have assisted government customers in shaping research and development strategies, executing procurements, performing system architecture trades, and in evaluating the performance of currently fielded and proposed future platforms. Led various R&D acquisitions through life cycle, defining and driving several critical technology programs from acquisition through to transition and operational deployment.
