I worked with Larian Studios in the closing year of Baldur's Gate 3 to help the production teams towards completion and release - specifically in the "Cinematic Animation" and "UI/UX" departments. My main production tools were Jira, Confluence, Shotgrid, Spreadsheets, and Perforce.Larian provided me with every opportunity to strengthen my production skills - from coordinating the efforts of large international teams to complete expected roadmaps, to analysing the teams' needs and developing systems that would help ensure certain pipelines and reported bugs were handled efficiently and to a high quality.Alongside the Cinematic Animation and UI/UX departments, I would collaborate with other departments (e.g. Design, Narrative, Audio, QA) to ensure a unified creative direction was being followed on the work I was overseeing.

Alongside the final year of my degree, I continued the types of work I was performing as a Production Coordinator. Across various contracts, I worked in the roles of Production Manager, Coordinator, and Assistant.I coordinated and managed a portfolio of projects using various forms of innovative media and technology such as Virtual Production, VR and AR, alongside traditional media such as video games, short films, and animations.[The following experience is NDA protected, so some details are redacted]During one period of this role, I managed or assisted my client's production needs on two different Game Projects. At one point, these projects were heading towards likely failure to secure funding - however, working closely with the Stakeholders and the rest of the team, we stepped back and reshaped the project based on our learnings. Subsequently, the projects were able to secure private funding and continue development.
