Led TCBY national and local field marketing programs for all retail/franchise store locations. Responsible for marketing communications (advertising, seasonal merchandising, promotions, PR), website, store design and new product development. Managed $5M annual marketing budget and launched two new QSR test store concepts.

Re-launched the brand strategy with new imaging, positioning and packaging. Product line gained national and regional distribution in 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Kroger, Circle-K and Wal-Mart. Worked with sales teams to create consumer and channel marketing communication programs and PR (secured reviews in Men’s Health Magazine and Prevention Magazine).
