This multi-phase program consolidated three clearance processes down to one, and will enable workflow prioritization through opportunity scoring and the identification of cross-sell opportunities in future phases. • Led an RPA initiative with UiPath software to optimize process efficiency, improve quality, and reduce cost. Worked with our business units to define three critical workflows, and led the effort of automating these workflows. A six-figure cost savings was achieved in the first year. -
Global Sap Operations ManagerGen Re Nov 2014 - Jun 2017Stamford, Connecticut, UsLed a global, SAP Operations (SAP Basis) organization through a key vendor transition. We were able to successfully transition from three vendors to one, which decreased support costs by 60% over two years. Our team supported two live production environments in North America and Europe, successfully upgraded many SAP components, and helped deliver a successful 30-month, $150 million International SAP Rollout. Our SAP landscape consists of over two hundred virtual servers, 110 distinct SAP systems (SIDs), and 14 SAP components. -
