Chase Associate Program (CAP) is an intensive 2-year rotational program designed to provide a customized and accelerated path to senior leadership roles within JPMorgan Chase.Summer Rotation: Consumer Bank, Customer Experience. During this rotation I did an analysis on Chase branch behavior complaints to identify themes which could be addressed.

• Managed and supported $1MM worth of sales through 14 customer relationships, including previous roles’ channels.• Led a team consisting of ABB engineers, sales staff, and sales support personnel to fix customer licensing issue resulting in over $10k worth of saving for customer.• Collaborated with ABB team of engineers, product managers, and sales staff to audit control systems and provide strategic product evolution reports to end users.
