-Assist nursing staff with intake of critical care patients including unstable direct admissions from other hospitals, O.R. transfers, trauma patient transfers, ED transfers, rapid response transfers, and code blue response transfers.-Perform duties such as: daily cares; repositioning; turns (standard and spinal precaution movement); range of motion exercises; transfers between bed and stretcher.-Responsible for clinical skills including vital signs, 12 lead ECGs, 5 lead continuous monitor setup, glucose checks, intake/output charting.-Responsible for post-extubation patient observation, suicide/homicide observation, soft 2 point and hard 4 point restraint observation, along with accurate EHR charting of patient behaviors/actions.-Assist with Code Blue response within the unit

-Provide Transportation to patients being admitted, discharged, transferred, and being brought to various testing sites within an inpatient hospital setting.-Assist nurses in preparing patients for transportation in ways including: boosting patients in their beds; performing patient turns; transferring patients to and from stretchers; assisting nurses attach and detach telemetry monitors; transferring medication pumps to and from mobile IV poles.-Patient transport dispatcher responsible for coordinating all transport attendants in the hospital through the Epic system.-Training new transportation employees-Transportation department employee of the month multiple times.

-Manage a corporate security team of 8 officers responsible for keeping two insurance companies, a law firm, and a financial advisor safe and secure.-Coordinate with engineering, fitness center, cafeteria, EHS, and multiple different internal and external management teams on a daily basis.-Train employees after conducting follow up interviews.-Execute biannual performance reviews, and provide coaching and counseling when warranted.-Ensure that customers’ requests were handled properly and that their problems were remedied promptly to their satisfaction.
