Unmade provides the technology for fashion brands to offer customised clothing to their customers. I led the technology team, which built everything from the customer-facing configuration widgets and order management systems, all the way through to compilers that produce production-ready files for our factories.Along with the initial brand launch, I delivered three major projects for well-known international fashion brands. During this time, our work won multiple awards across the design and fashion industries.

• Brought development of sugru.com in-house, modernised the codebase, and together with the product manager improved conversion rates significantly.• Researched and integrated two new fulfilment warehouses in the UK and US, improving reliability and delivery times for consumers, and unlocking new B2B sales channels.• Maintained and improved backend systems for warehouse management and reporting, while working with the management team to devise a strategy to move to industry-standard tools.

MakieLab allowed customers to design their own fully-customisable dolls, called “Makies”, which could be used as virtual in-game avatars, or could be purchased as a physical doll, manufactured using 3d-printing.I was a freelance developer, working with the CTO to build the customisation system, along with a community website.

I was a co-founder and developer from inception through to its sale to Progressive Digital Media.
