DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Manage the operations function concurrent with:a. Business growthb. Introduction of new operational systemsc. Introduction of new productsd. Meeting international manufacturing financial objectives2. Conceive, research, plan, target, and control reductions in cost and product lead times on existing and new products.3. Manage and assist in coordinating effort between support departments within the organization.4. Participate in the implementation of advanced manufacturing technology to improve cost of sales and promote on-time delivery.5. Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing processes, product and systems technology to meet the facility’s objectives.6. Direct management of Operations team in RBG Poland7. Establish, prepare, implement, revise, and maintain policies and procedures related to operations.8. Oversight of supply chain, including purchasing, warehousing and Euro Sourcing

 analysing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;  regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels;  managing plans for stock levels;  reacting to changes in demand;  reacting to changes in logistics;  meeting suppliers; maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products;  liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;  training and mentoring junior staff;  keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency;  making customs clearances; attending meetings and trade conferences;

 managing plans for stock levels; supporting Finance Department- implementing Polish VAT number for Finnish company in Poland;  reacting to changes in demand;  trainings keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency;  attending meetings and trade conferences;  visiting distribution centre and suppliers.
