Current• Systems Administration of both physical and virtual servers. Including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/ Office 365, Amazon Web Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, VMware, WSUS, Print Servers, and Network Policy Server.• Network administration of Palo Alto Networks, Cisco and Meraki networking equipment including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and Cisco Call Manager VOIP.• PC software and hardware installation and maintenance including, MS Office Suite, VPN, Mac OSX, and Local Area Network.• Conference Room maintenance, including Polycom and Tandberg equipment.• Inventory control of both software and hardware• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for both hardware and software for over 175 employees.• Approval and review of telecommunications billing from 3rd party vendors.• General development with C#, ASP.Net, SQL, HTML5, and CSS using Visual Studio and other IDE’s.• Quality Assurance of telecommunications cabling during design phase and installation to insure installation is to ANSI-TIA standards and best installation practices including copper, fiber, CATV, CCTV, card access, paging, and intrusion detection.• Design, Installation, and Maintenance of telecommunications cabling for all 4 Korte locations.
