Responsible for strategic and day-to-day management of Nestle Ice Cream Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at Winn-Dixie, Publix and Albertson’s FL. In this capacity, develop annual plans, forecast weekly sales, expand product lines through new item presentation and category reviews, negotiate ads and deals and promoted pricing margins, analyze promotion and business results, manage the account P&L, coordinate with Nestlé's delivery organization to ensure on-time delivery of product and the maintenance of strong in-stock rates.- Met or exceeded sales plan- Provided key organizational and strategic leadership to first ever Top-to-Top meetings with Winn-Dixie CEO and senior management- Top to Top meetings lead to numerous business-building agreements including equipment and share building programs. - Negotiated first contract and converted account to scan based trading resulting in quicker payment of invoices and more flexibility in DSD routing- Negotiated 5+ points of margin compression successfully utilizing value of DSD
