Maintenance Manager: Responsible for 85 Union maintenance personnel with an annual budget of $25 million dollars. This includes maintenance of 14 assets including the facility support systems (HVAC, Compressed Air Systems, Chillers, etc) as well as the main building and grounds maintenance. Implemented maintenance apprenticeship program for the facility.Quality Manger: Responsible for FDA controlled products and three different product lines. Quality is managed real time on the floor by the Operations Team, supported by the quality team of 6 members. This also includes the maintenance of all quality records and procedures, including incoming raw material and outgoing finished product acceptance.Engineering Manager: Responsible for 15 engineers whose objectives include; Safety, Quality, Production Delivery, Waste Reduction, Cost and Reliability. Use of LEAN principles of Leader Standard Work and a visible work place are used to drive continuous improvement. This team is responsible for product and process improvements on the assets.
