With my recent experience of being the Project Manager for a state-wide criminal justice application as well as loyalty programs for four national companies, my focus is on business solutions to fulfill requirements and expectations for internal and external clients as well as providing technical security solutions and optimization of his programs. Changed the IT development culture and process from Waterfall to Iterative/Agile. Led the first project team to incorporate the full PM-DLC Lifecycle development methodology developed in-house at the BCA. Worked closely with the BCA PMO to create, review, improve and revise 54 project document templates and identify process upgrades in the new software project management methodology PM-DLC. Identified, maintained and enforced these documentation standards throughout the life of the ISS project.
