My Master's Thesis was carried out in the Optical Tweezers biophysical research group led by Assoc. Prof. Lene B. Oddershede at the Niels Bohr Institute and was entitled: "DNA-protein interaction studied at the single molecule level using tethered particle motion".Through a polystyrene sphere I probed the behavior of a DNA molecule in contact with the enzyme topoisomerase that can alter the supercoiled form of a DNA molecule. I used fluorescence microscopy to visualize proteins and an optical tweezer to control the DNA molecule.tweezers.nbi.dk/

I handled accounting, match arrangements, webpage updates, social arrangements and ad hoc tasks.

As a counselor I worked with educational, personal and social relations. I advised and helped students with their possibilities and informed them about study regulations. It also involved making presentations and giving talks.
