In my current role, I am at the forefront of leveraging Generative AI to significantly boost productivity in Quality Assurance tasks. I lead the research and implementation efforts on how Generative AI can assist QAs, as well as how to ensure quality of Generative AI components that are integrated.As a TestOps subject-matter expert and QA Lead, I have a proven track record in setting up test automation solutions across various frameworks and defining comprehensive quality strategies. My leadership in these areas ensures high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement in testing processes.Furthermore, I am a strong advocate for AI Ethics and am actively learning about AI Alignment, reflecting my commitment to the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.With a robust background in Software Quality Assurance across international projects, I excel in the entire QA process - from setting up test environments and planning to crafting test cases from business requirements, executing both automated and manual test scripts, tracking issues, and reporting test results.I bring a diverse skill set in testing types, including exploratory, sanity, functional, system, regression, integration, and performance testing. My experience spans working in agile environments and multicultural, international teams, coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
