I was part of the multiregional technical support group testing a new navigation system. I served as Team leader of the "rollout" team for the new seismic navigation software. Apart from spearheading roll out of the new navigation system to a fleet of 20 seismic vessels, I introduced new processes and procedures for responding to various support incidents, resulting in increased response time and boosted overall customer service. I worked on new navigation-related projects focused on minimizing technical downtime, enhancing client deliverables, IT evolution, and rapid change within the industry.
