For more than 30 years I have:- prepared and reviewed tax returns and advised taxpayers on minimizing income taxes relative to corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates and trusts,- counseled companies and nonprofit organizations on accounting and general business matters,- planned, conducted and supervised assurance (audits, reviews and compilations) engagements for businesses, retirement plans and nonprofit organizations,- assisted individuals and companies in the accounting and tax aspects of various legal disputes and have testified at trial and in deposition, - assisted in the preparation of valuation reports on various companies, and - over the years helped manage my 5 office CPA firm (as an executive committee member), its Columbus office (as its managing shareholder) and many nonprofit organizations (as their treasurer and/or trustee).
