Prepare all reporting documents for the fund, including quarterly reports, investor committee papers, investor committee memos, annual reports and other ad-hoc reporting papers for potential acquisition, equity raise, debt upsize and bond issuance approvals.• Fulfill investors' reporting requirement including quarterly questionnaire, estimated net asset value statement, fund expenses reporting and any ad-hoc requests such as operational due diligence.• Proactively maintain and update fund's financial models, and continue to enhance on data flow clarity, efficiency, accuracy and new functionality for evolving business needs and ad-hoc requirements.• Take full responsibility of fund's budget approvals, including preparing fund's business plan financials and presentations. Assist with annual hold-sell analysis exercise for asset plan.• Organize and manage fund's quarterly valuation program, closely monitor the valuation results from external valuers, and validate the adoption of market rent and cap rate assumptions and anything else that impact the valuation.• Help with acquisition targets and analysis on the potential impact of the acquisition on the fund.
