Inspired by helping people connect and land meaningful jobs, I am a founding Partner of LeadUp Career. After networking and hiring hundreds of people, I realized that candidates should approach their job search with more focus. So, we have created a technology to help candidates target their resume to a specific job, just like a business approaches its market in a targeted way.Previously, as the Technology Manager at CenterPoint Energy I led efforts to create, implement and maintain innovative technology platforms to help manage the workflow of field technicians and call center employees.I also held management positions at Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard, Inc. (MJSK) and American Express.
