As VP of Engineering of Composite Drivelines, I oversee the development and production of numerous composite products. We manufacture aftermarket automotive carbon fiber driveshafts, Industrial driveshafts, and dielectric (fiberglass) products. We also have the ability to do small to medium scale assembly of various composite based products.

Sr. Sales Engineer / Project Manager working in the 2 Wheel and Powersports (2WP) group at Robert Bosch LLC. For over three years I have worked with the largest names in the Powersports industry on numerous projects. These include R&D projects, bringing products / systems to market, managing ongoing projects, and winding down legacy programs. Some of the main product types I worked with are: Motorcycle ABS + MSC, Semi-active Damping Control, Electronic Stability Program, Fuel Pump Modules, Infotainment Systems, Fuel Level Sensors, and Low / High Volt Electrification components.

I was a Development Sourcing Engineer focusing on intake, fuel, and exhaust systems for EBR and Hero Motor Corp vehicles. EBR was a OEM of very high performance motorcycles, and Hero (HMCL) is the worlds largest manufacturer of motorcycles, producing over 6.5 million bikes per year. My job was to work directly with Design Engineers, Suppliers, and our Supply Chain Analysts to obtain the highest quality parts at the lowest cost. Included in this are price negotiations, travel (domestic and international), and focus on lean manufacturing activities. I was in training to become a Development Sourcing Lead. This new position would have required me to lead Development Sourcing Engineers, Development Sourcing Coordinators, and Developing Sourcing Assistants. Additionally, I would have been responsible for the overall sourcing of entire motorcycles. Unfortunately, EBR unexpectedly closed in April of 2015 and I was required to find a new position.

At Milwaukee Tool I worked in the accessories department as a design engineer. A design engineer at Milwaukee not only designs high quality products, but works closely with suppliers, quality engineers, and marketing to develop new products. This allowed me to develop a unique skill set over a conventional design engineer as I was required to work with a diverse group of people. This position required domestic and international travel to meet and work with various suppliers and internal manufacturing facilities. Specific examples of projects include critical involvement in launch the of Milwaukee's 6" and 12" bit holders, next gen SHOCKWAVE Impact Driver bits, and improving quality on existing SHOCKWAVE Impact Driver bit production. Also assisted in step bit and nut driver development work.

Worked at RCV Performance as a Product Design Engineer. Here, my role consisted of designing several custom and standardized drivetrain projects. Due to the size of the company I was heavily involved in the manufacturing, marketing, and quality sides of the business. This meant that I was able to see the product through every process, from turning on a lathe to the presentation in the packaging. Through this I was able to learn how to design parts for inexpensive and efficient manufacturing, while producing a world class quality product. A few examples of these projects include: carbon fiber axles, ultra-light weight differential and wheel hubs, extreme duty driveshaft CV joints, and braking systems.

At Algoma Hardwoods I was a quality engineer who assisted in improving product and process quality. I designed and implemented systems to reduce product defects on the production line.
