In this role I was responsible for the following.• Creation and promotion of a project management framework to enable a consistent, scalable, and repeatable project delivery approach across the entire firm including at senior leadership levels. • Implementation of key technical & digital transformation projects such as Adobe Sign, RSM UK’s bespoke careers site, alumni platforms and external facing websites, digital tax strategies innovation projects, outsourcing automation projects and technical transformation projects. • Leading management of the suite of Adobe products within the firm, inclusive of analysing business “pain points”, driving enhancements within the Adobe suite, priortising future enhancement requests and ensuring all staff are fully utilising products to their maximum capacity. • Acting as a Delivery Lead on a variety of strategic digital and technical projects, engaging with senior stakeholders and enabling successful BAU management of products.

During my time at KMBS, I was promoted three times prior to my final role and worked on a extensive portfolio of projects in both public (inclusive of GDS) & private sectors. Within this I primarily dealt with financial services, legal, healthcare, IT, defence, core government & local authority. The above deliveries were on both global and local NOC levels. In addition I also had exposure working in a PMOAAS capacity. I also had extensive exposure to internal transformation programmes/projects. As part of the above I worked with stakeholders in all capacities to ensure requirements, benefits, expectations and costings are not only mapped but tracked and realised in due course as part of project implementation.

In my role at Merton I worked on an extensive portfolio of internal transformation that included, large scale channel shift, website delivery and customer account portal implementation. I was responsible for ensuring integration between pre-existing technical solutions, solutions that are being newly procured as a result of the aforementioned implementation & ensuring channel shift and the subsequent benefits associated with channel shift are both accurately tracked and realised. In the role I was responsible for managing third party vendors/suppliers to ensure required tasks were being completed. In addition I was worked to ensure documentation such as detailed implementation plans, security plans and BAU strategies were completed and signed off by Merton. In addition I was responsible for the management of other members within the projects team and lower members of teams within the business who are being directly impacted by the implementation and channel shift.
