In June, in addition to my responsibilities leading our Employee Technology solutions and experience in APAC, I have brought our staff supporting EMEA (from our offices in the UK and Germany) into the team as well.Towards our goal of providing a more-seamless experience for the large proportion of our workforce based outside the Americas, I have delivered standardised process components and metrics across assets, incidents, major incidents, disaster recovery and resource availability.I am continuing to unify projects separated by geographies and technologies into a congruent programme of support activities. By leveraging a new relationship with a global supplier as a first-choice we are simplifying processes and reducing variables for >90% of requests. I'm retaining and strengthening relationships with key regional suppliers to provide specialist knowledge and faster responses for less common situations.
