Pricing Coordinator
Provide cost support and oversight toward chain account management team’s efforts to optimize pricing, product placement, space planning and market share for a national retailer client. Responsibilities include: pricing collection from wholesalers/distributors, regular pricing updates (promotional, QD’s, etc.) to client database, analyzing and correcting cost discrepancies, backdating of product, new item setup, cost syncing of new items, correcting scanning issues at the support center for invoicing and accounting purposes and at the store level for product deliveries and the POS. Also responsible for: working with distributors and client’s licensing team in the setup of new stores, working with distributors and client’s pricing team to ensure retail parity with competitors’ product through the use of cost and margin analysis, usage of geographic sales data to determine proper distributor assignments.
