Resulted in a 90% increase in market share against primary incumbent competitor. Sold on financial impact: Time-to-market, ROI tools, process modeling, development resource reduction, in-source vs. out-sourcing, services augmentation, profit margin sharing, top line growth vs. margin modeling, etc.
