Jiang is a Professor of Finance and Associate Dean for Programs at the College of Business, Stony Brook University, where she previously served as the Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development. She teaches investments and behavioral finance, and her research involves studying equity investments, blockchain asset management, corporate finance, and financial decision-making by integrating risk and psychology. She is the Co-Director of the Center of Entrepreneurial Finance and Co-Director of Blockchain Business Lab. She served on the Advisory Council of the Financial Analysts Journal from 2015-2020, has served on the FSA Board of Directors and the FSA Investment Committee at Stony Brook University and the Board of Directors for the Asian-American Entrepreneur Association.
