Also experienced in delivering multi-family, office, restaurant, industrial, warehouse, parking structures, higher education and medical office products. Proven track record of working collaboratively with many project stake holders from both private and public arenas for overall project success.Extensive experience in conceptual estimation and delivering projects with limited initial information wile working with clients and ownership to develop project scopes and understand needs of multiple stakeholders within user groups and ownership.Experienced in design-build, design-assist and traditional design-bid-build project delivery including the leadership of both in-house and external design Architects and Engineers. Delivered successful Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts as well as Lump Sum contracts in both the negotiated and hard bid environments.
