My career has been dedicated to healthcare development, with a focus on streamlining the planning, design, and construction process for complex, budget-driven projects. After earning my Master’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University, I spent over a decade in the healthcare planning and design field. My experience includes significant projects such as campus planning for Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, assisting with the growth and development of MedStar’s ambulatory network in Washington D.C., and overseeing the design and construction for the Stockman Cancer Institute in Maryland, an MD Anderson Cancer Network Member and ENR 2018 award winner.Since joining Hplex Solutions in 2019, I have expanded my role within healthcare project oversight as an owner's representative and development partner. I am passionate about building relationships that encompass the full range of project scope, from concept development with executive leadership to logistics planning with construction management partners. My projects have ranged from complex renovations and expansions, such as the new emergency department and surgery infill building at UC Health, to new, freestanding campuses like Mount Carmel Health System's Dublin Health Campus.As a principal at Hplex, I am continuing a legacy that started over 20 years ago. Hplex Solutions has created a unique, collaborative approach that works exclusively in the healthcare industry, representing health systems, hospitals, and physicians. Our areas of expertise include asset management, development, owner representative services, property management, master planning, strategic development planning, and physician partnerships.
