Direct impact on margin growth at Acacia grew from 25% to exceed 42%, Ahura margins grew from 40% to 75%.► Devised supply chain procurement compliant with ISO 1385 for medical devices and supplier approval procedures for the Accellent Inc. NPI organization, ensuring GMP, ISO 9001, and FDA 820 guidelines were met from concept development to production. ► Developed Avici Systems’ supply chain to support the first Terabit Switch router deployed in AT&T networks.
