Provide operational, managerial, and financial oversight to multiple utility projects, including Forsyth County, Rockdale County, Putnam County, and Baldwin County, Georgia; the Cities of Eatonton, Warner Robins, Perry, Moultrie, Douglas, Hinesville, Tifton, Vidalia, and Waycross, Georgia; and the Cities of Margate, North Lauderdale, Hialeah, Bowling Green, Celebration and Wakulla County in Florida Responsibilities include management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, collections and distribution departments, natural gas transmission and distribution systems, utility billing, meter reading, and customer service.

Responsible for overall operations of Daphne Utilities, the water, wastewater and natural gas utility for the City of Daphne, AL and the surrounding communities.We operate award-winning facilities serving approximately 25,000 people.

Responsible for effective contract execution including P & L, billing, human resource management, and selling add-on services for comprehensive facility management of nearly 700,000 square feet of retail space on 20 acres.Oversight of facility expansion project including: Utility relocations, paving and concrete installation, irrigation and landscaping.Designed and implemented a Work Order Management System using Microsoft Access, resulting in increased productivity and more effective management of employee workload.

Full responsibility for $3MM contract including P & L, billing, human resource management, inventory management, and estimating / selling add-on services.Exercised operational management of 150+ maintenance employees providing maintenance, custodial and painting to nearly 4 million square feet of facilities.Directed and organized effort to locate and distribute aid and temporary housing for 153 employees displaced by hurricane Katrina. Organized efforts to recruit an entirely new staff to clean and restore facilities flooded during hurricane.

Responsible for comprehensive operational management of nearly 1 million square feet of residence halls, academic, administrative and retail space.Manage labor pools of 50+ people in various fields including custodial, maintenance, grounds operations, utilities distribution for all campus systems including 15KV electrical distribution, two 600-ton chillers, building automation systems, domestic water and wastewater, and telecommunication feeds.Directed cleanup operations following hurricane Ivan to allow the College to reopen within 4 days. Negotiated settlement with FEMA for restoration expenses amounting to 95% of all storm-related costs.
