Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentAs Talent Acquisition Specialist, I primarily look after the recruitment of our Fundraising & Marketing function, as well as our Philanthropy & Partnerships function.• Providing specialist advice and support to hiring managers on the planning and delivery of the recruitment process from attraction, selection and offer • Carrying out briefings with hiring managers to identify core requirements of their roles • Building and managing relationships with an array of stakeholders, mainly hiring managers and candidates• Managing a large number of roles, up to 50 at any time, and ensuring they’re in line with our cost-per-hire and time-per-hire KPI’s• Designing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill vacancies, including content marketing• Managing candidates through the recruitment process to ensure they’re informed throughout• Supporting my hiring managers and the wider team with interviews as and when required.
