After climbing through the ranks of the skateboard industry, doing well in contests, and my sponsors turning me pro, I eventually set off on my own to create Mentality Skateboards in 2003, and the bestselling instructional video "Skateboarding Explained", which is recommended by The New York Times & translated into Italian and Japanese. I am still skating hard, progressing, and producing videos. My latest video for Mentality Skateboards "Skateboarding Realms" is a hit and has received very positive reviews.My products are sold worldwide. I have led skateboard camps and clinics around the country where I instructed thousands, including X-games athletes, and celebrities.During this journey I have become an expert at licensing, branding, product development, and marketing. These skills have led me to working with other companies.I have been sought out to speak about my expertise at NASA, The John P. I'm on the ARC Pro Ops team with 2 signature obstacles, and I was also picked to help design the whole Pro Ops series with the owner. These innovative skateboarding obstacles have received a great response and are being installed in skateparks worldwide.

Was distributed and sold worldwide. - DIrected skateboarding programs at world famous camps Lake Owen, and the Encinitas YMCA skate camp. - Made "Skateboarding Explained: The Instructional DVD" in 2006. It has been translated into Japanese and Italian languages. The Italian version is "Skateboard Tecnica e Tricks". It's recommended by many of the core skate magazines, and The New York Times. It was sold in many big box stores and core skate shops, including CCS. It's a bestseller on Amazon, and is also available on iTunes. Rated #1 on About.com's "Top 10 Best Instructional Skateboard Videos" - Featured expert & visiting pro on Michael Strahan's DIY Network TV show "Backyard Stadiums"- Created the first ever Skateboarding Instruction Certification System. It has been used in various camps across the country.- Created the first skateboard to come with a video showing you how to ride it. Licensed to NHS Inc. with "Bullet" and "Skateboarding Is Not a Crime" skateboards, and sold in Target stores nationwide.- GoLearn "Skateboarding Explained" instructional App on the Apple "App Store". Teamed up with NHS Inc. to add their skateshop inside it.
