Special projects: Y2K risk management, migration to a paperless office with networked document scanners, design, adoption and implementation of a new document solution for the typing pool using specially-designed Microsoft Word document templates linked to various Microsoft Access databases via code written in Microsoft Visual Basic.

Yorkshire Sport (a huge, comprehensive package of shotguns, ramps, stagers, donuts and beds for the BBC's flagship Saturday afternoon sports show; also voiced by me).Voiceovers: occasional show promos and Yorkshire Sport imaging and promo package.Other duties: finding and filing vinyl records and CDs for presenters ahead of their shows, coordinating bookings and dealing with high-profile politicians, celebrities and national BBC Radio broadcasters contributing to the network via the News and Current Affairs (NCA) studio.
