CurrentDIVISION SALES MANAGER – MIDWEST, JULY 2017 TO PRESENT• Strategize and execute plans to maximize sales volume and brand exposure, ensuring that KDP is at the forefront of partners’ portfolios through high-quality services and communications.• Navigate contract negotiations and executions with local, regional, and national accounts, especially key Pepsi and Coke aligned independent bottlers and foodservice distributors.• Coordinate the distribution of 36M+ cases of KDP Fountain Brands in 15 states.• Accelerate the professional development of five direct reports through strategic training on regional account management responsibilities, including promotional activities, reinvestment of marketing dollars, brand expansion, and profitable contract renewals.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and consumer preferences, as well as demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of how the company’s products compare in the market. • Foster a productive and collaborative atmosphere that motivates employees to achieve competitive goals; optimize retention rates with employee-focused initiatives. • Facilitate decision making by delivering keen, actionable insights based on customer-driven data analytics and forecasts.
