CurrentFully responsible for the sales and distribution of a new, locally co-packed THC-canned beverage portfolio in MN. Launched in Q1 2024. Selected the distributor network incorporating mutually agreed upon KPIs to ensure accountability and retail execution. Assisting ownership in the formation of a high-performance internal sales team by incentivizing them with opportunities for future advancement in the organization and eliminating the unnecessary mundane tasks that distract from selling and time in the trade. Collaborated with ownership on the sales team budget as well as holding wholesalers accountable for their investment and focus on the brand. Advised on forecasting, new product launches and sku rationalization. I have coached and advised ownership (all 4 owners live internationally) on the nuances of the 3 tier system and the dynamic of Beer and Alcohol wholesalers.
