As editorial director at Baking & Snack, I am not only writing a monthly features, columns and other articles for Sosland Publishing Co., but also contributing to a host of e-media initiatives. Currently, I work with our terrific editorial team and oversee the content of the publication. Since joining the baking industry press in 1987, I have written features on more than 200 wholesale baking companies and have been recognized nine times by the American Society of Business Press Editors for excellence in writing and reporting. In addition to being a member of the trade media, I have spoken about market trends and other topics at numerous association meetings and industry functions over the years.

Editor of Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery magazine, which had been previously owned by Ascend Media, MedWorld and Stagnito Communications. Previously, I served as executive editor of the monthly magazine. Before that, I held various positions, including editor, of Bakery Production & Marketing magazine.
