As a Google-certified IT professional, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge in IT support, administration, and customer service. I completed the Google IT Support and Google Professional Workspace Administrator specializations from Coursera in May 2023, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in Google's cloud-based tools and services.I also graduated from Mission College with a degree in Information Technology in July 2023, where I learned the fundamentals of IT systems, networks, security, and troubleshooting. I was enrolled in the Year Up IT Helpdesk program in San Jose, which provided me with hands-on training and mentorship to prepare me for a career in IT.My most recent work experience was as an IT Help Desk Technician at Pure Storage, a leading provider of data storage solutions. There, I supported the IT needs of over 6000 employees, using Okta and Active Directory to manage user accounts and access, resolving technical issues and requests, and providing excellent customer service.I am passionate about helping people and solving problems, and I take pride in my work ethic and reliability. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
