Monitoring and maintaining the network equipments of Smart Communications, Inc to provide a stable network to the subscribers.• Detection and isolation of alarms/outage in RNC,BSC, and BTS through various monitoring tools (Nokia,Ericsson,Huawei). • Trouble ticket creation and escalation of alarms/issues to proper groups.• Assisting our field engineers through phone calls. (Multiple outage isolation,Protection switching, Alarms checking of network elements, E1/T1 loop testing)• Assisting vendors and contractor activities through phone calls. (lock and unlock of BTS for activity purpose, alarms clearing verification)
