Quorum was a leading supplier of litigation support, paper-to-digital conversion, and automated document management services that employed 1,000 personnel.Prior to Kroll Ontrack's purchase of Quorum in 2004, I led the turnaround of existing underperforming operations, renewing the company's human and physical assets and restoring the organization's reputation for reliable, high-quality services. This positioned the company well for for successful acquisition.Highlights:— Started up and directed operations for a 500-person Manila-based coding facility in 2004. — Achieved and maintained 98.5% coding accuracy rate and 99% on-time service delivery rate.— Was personally responsible for managing key corporate accounts generating more than $12M combined annual revenue

Implemented state-of-the art technology and led document processing and litigation support services for this AMLAW 100 firm on large, multi-case litigation. Highlights: — Directly managed document analysts, database administrators, and paralegals performing document collection, review, production, and trial support.—Developed and oversaw a data & image retrieval network with more than 7 million images on line.
