My responsibilities include supporting the sales staff hrough the use of my nearly 15 years of experience and presentation skills. My product knowledge and soft skills make me an ideal Pre-sale consultant. One of the big challenges for Presale Consultants is to keep up with products and technology as they continue to change and improve every year, and I have done so successfully. I think that it is important to be customer centric and that we must present our products services and our company in the best light while setting accurate expectations for the customer.

Ohio/West Pa/Michigan

As a Kronos Senior Account Executive, I assist my customers in the healthcare industry in the Ohio and West PA and Michigan area. Though it is my role to present our products and services in the best light to earn our customer's business, it is key to set accurate expectations in order to position our customers for successful implementations. In the end, each transaction is more than just a sale, it is an entire project designed to resolve a customer's problems and or advance their cause.

Here my responsibilities were focused one providing my dedicated services to Ashland Oil primarily. Ashland Oil was the largest customer for the Dealership, Ohio Timekeeping, and an important strategic account. During this period I supported other major accounts where applicable as well as assiting field sales with presentations etc. as well as assisting other Application Consultants with customer challenges that needed additional support.

Working for Ohio Timekeeping, a dealer of Kronos which was subsequently purchased by Kronos, I was an Application Consultant. My responsibilities included implementing Kronos products as well as training and support customers on an ongoing basis. I quickly became the Sr. Technician responsible for interviewing applicants, ensuring that the new employees were trained, as well as assigning accounts to appropriately skilled technicians and handling any escalated problems.
