As a seasoned leader in the retail industry I’ve managed large teams directly and indirectly, and created multi-million dollar returns on projects. I have worked with small organizations as well as with multibillion dollar international retailers. My experience includes roles in store operations, merchandising and leadership of large scale changes in technology and proceses.I’ve worn many hats throughout my career – store manager, owner, buyer, analyst, consultant, change manager, trainer, systems director. As a result, I have developed a unique ability to influence without authority and navigate complex environments. My key skills and passion boil down to the following;►TEAMWORK - I’ve been facilitating group discussions and debates for years – I enjoy diving in and leading teams, outlining current and possible future processes.►CHANGE LEADERSHIP – has been at the heart of my ability to achieve results.
