Dec 1998 - May 2007As Team Leader of a well organized, twelve person studio for the major luxury home builder, Toll Brothers, I was responsible for house developments, from conceptual meetings, to permitting and construction documents. Our studio supported the construction of over 500 Single Family homes per year. From 2005, I was the Architect of Record, with projects in 16 states.As the direct client contact for the Point Line Studio, which developed homes between 1800 and 2500 square feet, under my supervision, the Studio turned schematic designs into construction documents. I worked closely with the clients and building officials in over 50 communities to meet their unique needs, which varied greatly depending on the region.
