-Manage the end to end Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) tracking for CAR-T -Adapt supply strategies for changes in CAR-T trial execution and ensure a seamless transition from study design phase-Lead for the CSC Technology Transfer activities for the Contract Manufacturing Organization -Lead Supply Execution Specialist Technology Transfers activities for cryopreservation centers and manufacturing facilities for CAR-T -Responsible for the creation of the product labels used throughout the CAR-T supply chain-Ensure labels include all regulatory, company, and local requirements-Subject matter expert in the packaging and shipping process of CAR-T-Support the creation of logistic training materials used by stakeholders-Create and distribute the CoC &CoI forms, ensuring all regulatory, company, and local requirements are included-Assist in the coordination of the CAR-T product shipments-Collaborate with members of CSC, GCO, JSC, AD, and DPD for issue resolution-Distribute and manage the bulk label supplies to Clinical sites-Engage in development of a robust Chain of Custody/Chain of Identity IT system for tracking patient samples-Process Owner for the Supply Execution Specialist team-Responsible for providing specific batch information for Biologics License Applications and Data Management processes

-Lead temperature management processes, which include addressing questions on temperature requirements (for transit and storage monitoring)-Evaluating temperature excursions, driving issue resolution, and completing supply disposition activities-Craft business insights to reduce temperature excursions by completing the TM&C metrics that track temperature management compliance-Develop strong internal collaboration with the broader CSC organization and cross-functional business partners-Customize protocol specific temperature out-of-range forms based on product attributes-Handle quote requests and the PO setup process to centrally source temperature monitoring devices-Build capabilities on the TM&C team by documenting and sharing lessons learned-Initiate and support business process improvement projects
