Here's an overview of my key responsibilities:UX Strategy Leadership:I lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive UX strategy, aligning it with our business objectives. This involves conducting thorough market research, identifying user needs, and ensuring our solutions meet and exceed expectations.User Research and Insights:I conduct in-depth user research, gathering valuable insights and analyzing data to inform our design process. By understanding our target users' needs, pain points, and behaviours, we create user-centred products tailored to their requirements.Fostering UX Culture:Working alongside a talented team of UX designers, I foster a collaborative environment where we collectively create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. By leveraging their expertise and creativity, we ensure seamless user experiences and maintain a consistent design language across our Proptech products.UX Advocacy and Collaboration:I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to embed UX best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. I advocate for user-centred design principles, striving for a cohesive and delightful user experience.Continuous Improvement:I continuously evaluate our products through user feedback and usability testing, driving iterative improvements.
