In August 2011, I became the Marketing Manager of EpicCo. As a provider of outsourced business services for SMEs, I managed the complete marketing and communication activities of clients operating within varying industry sectors and at different stages of development.Blabbermouth Marketing was established by a EpicCo stakeholder in January 2012.

In June 2009, I became the Local Product (Marketing) Manager for the UK and Ireland. This role meant I was responsible for managing customer retention, product and brand development, establishment of brand identity and the continuous monitoring/analysis of key performance indicators such as site conversion, average revenue per user and gross profit..

Initially employed as an Operations Executive with AMV, I was responsible for ensuring my markets were operating at their optimum efficiency through continuous monitoring, analysis and investigation. After successfully completing my degree I returned to GKLS Xerox where as part of my degree I had undertaken my industrial placement.
